These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Grand County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severable and shall not affect remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
