Settlement Agreement (Effective September 09, 2025)
GRCO, GR Terra, Headwaters and GRMD are pleased that they have reached a mutually beneficial settlement agreement, resolving all outstanding litigation between them. These parties are committed to the Granby Ranch community and the best interests of its homeowners. They look forward to the continued growth of Granby Ranch and new opportunities to enhance the Granby Ranch experience for all homeowners.
If I Have More Questions, Who Should I Contact?
The GRMD Board is your elected local government, and we always welcome public comments at Board meetings or in writing to our manager, Wolfersberger, LLC. While individual directors cannot speak for the entire Board (i.e., the Board acts as a whole) you should feel free to send questions or comments to our manager, any Board member, or attend a Board meeting. Our meetings are public meetings available to all to attend by remote teleconference.
